Eligibility: applicant’s nationality must be ‘a foreign national whose parents are both foreign nationals’ — a pure-foreign-student track, not for overseas Koreans. Screening: 100% document evaluation (Academic Motivation, Character & Values, Major-related Prior Knowledge, and Korean Proficiency, 250 pts each, 1,000 pts total), interview added if needed.

Language requirements
- The specific language requirement (TOPIK level, etc.) is not yet published — the basic plan PDF only states "* see forthcoming admissions guideline" (unverified). The document-evaluation rubric includes 250 points (25% of the 1,000-pt total) for Korean proficiency, assessed via TOPIK (PBT) or TOPIK IBT scores. Applicants who fall short may still be admitted conditionally if judged academically qualified, subject to completing a 300-hour Korean-language program after enrollment.
- Per a separate International Exchange Office page (announcing the new ‘College of Global K-Culture’ from 2025.03), the English track (e.g. Business Administration) delivers at least 50% of courses in English. Regarding a language institute: studyinkorea.go.kr lists a Korean-language program (Levels 1–6, 10-week term) with tuition of KRW 1,000,000 (same for all levels), but a standalone ‘Korean Language Education Center/language institute’ page on Jungwon’s own domain could not be confirmed (unverified).
