- Foreign Special Admission (new admission and transfer), document screening 100% (interview 100%: general knowledge/motivation 50% + character/values 50%, fail if 70 or below). Tracks: English Track, Korean Track, Bilingual Track (for applicants who don’t meet the language requirement, conditional on completing a Korean-language course after admission). Eligibility: both parents must be foreign nationals (dual citizens excluded); new admission requires high-school graduation (or expected), transfer requires 2+ years completed or graduation from a 4-year university.

Language requirements
Korean Track: TOPIK Level 3+ or the university’s own DS-TOPIK Level 3+. English Track: one of IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL PBT550·iBT80·CBT210 / TEPS 550+, or exempt for high-school graduates from English-speaking countries (South Africa, New Zealand, US, Ireland, UK, Canada, Australia). Applicants who meet neither requirement are admitted via the Bilingual Track and must complete the university’s designated Korean-language course.
