Admission type
Rolling admission (no separate regular-round track for foreigners), special admission. Two tracks: (1) Rolling Admission Special Track for Overseas Koreans and Foreigners (parents and applicant both foreign nationals) = Pure-Foreign-Student track — run by the Office of International Affairs, document + interview 100% combined, most departments outside-quota with no fixed limit on seats, held twice a year. (2) Rolling Admission Special Track for Overseas Koreans and Foreigners (outside-quota 2%, includes the Full-Overseas-Education track and the North Korean Defector track) — run by the Admissions Office’s Admissions Management Team, document screening 100% (arts/sports: interview 100%).
Language requirements
Graduation requirement: TOPIK level 4+ (level 3 for arts/sports majors). Full-Overseas-Education track eligibility (at application): TOPIK level 3+ (level 2+ for arts/sports) or one of TOEIC 650 / TOEFL 530 (iBT 71) / New TEPS 326 / IELTS 5.5+. The Pure-Foreign-Student track guideline does not specify a separate language-score submission requirement at application.
