Korean language program

International Education Center (language institute / Korean-language training program, iec.bu.ac.kr) and the Office of International Affairs manage the Korean-language track. The admissions guideline requires in-house language trainees to show a bank balance of KRW 8 million or more, confirming the university runs its own Korean-language program.

English-taught track. Admission type
Pure-Foreign-Student Special Admission (outside quota) — document screening only, no written exam, for applicants whose parents are both foreign nationals. Open to most Humanities & Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, and Arts/Sports departments, plus the ★International Studies Division for international students only (IT Convergence English Track / Hotel & Tourism Management English Track / Korean / Airline Service / Global Chef / Korean Culture & Taekwondo / Global Senior Care — 40 seats total). A separate overseas-Korean-national track appears to run through the domestic admissions office (ipsi.bu.ac.kr) — details unconfirmed (unverified); check ipsi.bu.ac.kr/10000035 directly. Transfer admission (Pure-Foreign-Student) has its own separate guideline.
