Eligibility
Who can apply
- Same base rules as GKS-U: non-Korean citizens (applicant AND parents), under 25, high school graduate or expected graduate, CGPA 80%+/top 20% (or 2.64 / 4.0 equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree holders cannot apply.
- Korean high school graduates cannot apply.

Application period
Annually, typically mid-September to end of October (University Track). 2026 round: Sep 15 – Oct 31, 2025.

Keeping the scholarship
Renewal conditions
- TOPIK level 3 required to start degree
- withdrawal within first 3 months = full repayment.
