Foreign Special Admission — separate tracks for undergraduate (freshman/transfer, years 3–4) and graduate (Master’s/PhD) programs. Selection process: Stage 1 document screening → Stage 2 interview (interview may be waived for graduates of the university’s own Korean Language Education Center or degree program). Eligibility: applicants whose parents are both foreign nationals (pure foreign-national track, not the overseas-Korean track).

Korean track: ① TOPIK Level 3 (Level 2 for arts/sports majors) or higher, or ② completion of Sejong Institute Intermediate 1 or higher, or ③ TOPIK Level 2 holders may apply but must complete 300+ hours of Korean-language study, the Social Integration Program, or a Sejong Institute course within 1 year of enrollment. English track: TOEFL iBT 71 / IELTS 5.5 or higher, or proof of citizenship in an English-speaking country or completion of secondary education in English. Bilingual track (Chinese only): nationals of a Chinese-speaking country. Official language test scores must be valid as of the application deadline.
